SFAKIANAKIS S.A. founded as BUSSING HELLAS S.A. which came from the buy-out of TELKO S.A. The initial company TELKO S.A. has no relation with the next business patterns and activities but it was just used for the establishment of BUSSING HELLAS S.A. .

  • Merger by absorption of the subsidiary company EXECUTIVE LEASE S.A. by subsidiary PANERGON S.A. and change of company's name after the merger to EXECUTIVE LEASE S.A.

  • Transfer Agreement of  Landini Delegation to Petros Petropoulos S.A.

  • Sale of participation in ATHONIKI TECHNIKI S.A.

  • Merger by absorption of the subsidiary company EXECUTIVE LEASE S.A.
